The "Shiosai Course" offers a luxurious selection of seafood and mountain delicacies, centered around a five-kind assortment of exquisitely selected sashimi delivered directly from the market, along with horse sashimi from Kumamoto Prefecture and a two-kind assortment of seasonal tempura.For the main course, you can choose from four options: Miyazaki free-range chicken hot pot, domestic Wagyu beef offal hot pot, or luxurious Hinai free-range chicken and Sangen pork shabu-shabu.With 10 dishes in total, from the main course to dessert, and a relaxed 3-hour all-you-can-drink option, it's perfect for all kinds of banquets.
